For industrial manufacturers in Romania
We research the European buyers that fit what your company can manufacture.
We start from your actual capabilities: processes, materials, sizes, capacity and certifications. We research European buyers with a technical and commercial fit, review every match and make an introduction only if both sides agree.
Service availableThe initial assessment arrives by email: what we could establish, what needs clarifying and the recommended next step. We explain the terms before we start.
CNC workshop in Cluj → agricultural machinery maker in Bavaria
The buyer uses CNC-machined aluminium housings and brackets in batches of 200–500: exactly the workshop's profile.
What the research found
- A new assembly line, publicly announced
- Components bought from several suppliers
- A sector where the workshop has already delivered parts
What we do not know yet
- Whether they need a new supplier now
- Certification requirements
- Actual annual volumes
Stage
What a match means
A fit is not yet a request to buy.
A fit shows that a buyer typically needs what you can make. A real request exists only when the buyer says they want to buy now. We always tell you which stage each match has reached.
- OOS
Assessment
What your company can make, with evidence and what remains to clarify.
- OOS
Fit
Buyers that use parts or processes like yours. A documented hypothesis.
- OOS, with both sides' consent
Introduction
A short summary and a first contact, with the information you approved.
- The buyer
Request for quote
The buyer has a concrete need: parts, volumes, deadlines.
- Between the parties
Contract
Terms are negotiated directly between supplier and buyer.
What OOS doesWhat the parties decide, without OOS
Fit
- Based on public information and what you send us.
- Shows the likely technical and commercial fit.
- Does not mean a budget or an order exists now.
Real purchase request
- Only the buyer can confirm it.
- Has concrete parts, quantities and deadlines.
- May follow an introduction, but we cannot guarantee it.
How we work
Four steps, each with your agreement.
Initial assessment
You tell us what you can manufacture. You get by email what we could establish and what needs clarifying.
Buyer research
We look for European buyers with a technical and commercial fit and note what we do not yet know about them.
Match review
A person reviews every match. Scores support the decision but do not prove demand.
Introduction
Only with your agreement and the buyer's, using the information you agreed to share.
Limits
What this service is not.
- It is not a marketplace. We do not sell, buy or broker transactions.
- We do not guarantee introductions, orders or contracts.
- It is not a technical certification of your capabilities.
- We do not supply generic contact lists.
Questions
What suppliers ask us.
What do I get from the initial assessment?
A summary of your capabilities, the list of points to clarify and the recommended next step, sent by email. We explain the terms of the assessment and of later stages before we start.
Do I need all my technical documents to start?
No. To begin, your company name, a contact person, an email address and a short description of what you can manufacture are enough. We ask for more only if it is needed.
Who decides whether an introduction happens?
You and the buyer. We make no introduction without both sides agreeing, and you decide beforehand what information we may share.
Do we need a meeting?
Not for the initial assessment. We communicate by email. A call happens only if you ask for one or if it helps the next step.
What do I get after the assessment?
A clear recommendation: either complete the technical profile or move on to buyer research. Terms for the later stages are agreed separately, before we start.
